At Simple Retro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage-inspired pieces. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Ensure items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached, then securely pack them in the original shipping box if possible.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days of receipt.
